Terms and Conditions

1.Membership Eligibility

1.1 Membership will be open only to individuals and households residing within Nepal.

1.2 Members must provide accurate personal and property information during registration and keep it updated as necessary.

1.3 Membership is not transferable and may only be used by registered members.

2.Membership Types

2.1 The membership types are as follows:

General care Membership

Home Care Membership

Family Care Membership

Rental Care Membership

2.2 Fees are generally non-refundable, but will only be refunded in special circumstances approved by Home Friend.

2.3 Membership will be valid for the period specified during registration and will need to be renewed upon expiration.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 The service will be available according to the subscription type. Additional services requested outside the subscription package may incur additional charges.

3.2 Service availability will depend on location, staff availability, and operational limitations.

3.3 Home Friend reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any service without prior notice.

4. Service Appointments

4.1 Members must schedule a service appointment at least 48 hours in advance through official communication channels.

4.2 Emergency service requests will be provided subject to resource availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3 Members must ensure that service personnel have safe access to the property.

5.Material Procurement

5.1 Home Friend provides only labor and expertise; the customer must provide the necessary materials themselves.
