Service will be provided promptly based on availability after service request. Advance booking may be required for some special or major services.

*We provide service only, other materials and chemicals will be charged as per requirement.

2. Excess and Liability *

Home Friend is committed to providing quality service, but we are not responsible for manufacturing defects or natural damage to the equipment or materials used. If a problem occurs after service, please inform us within 24 hours, we will take necessary action.

3. Cancellation/Change Policy*

Customer/Member may cancel or change the service up to 24 hours in advance. Late notice or unnecessary cancellations may incur cancellation fees.

4. Safety Terms *

Our employees are trained. Customers/members should not make unsafe or illegal requests. Any accidents or damages occur during our service/work will be the sole responsibility of the company.

5. Customer Responsibilities *

Help make the home or service area accessible when receiving the service. Be sure to have someone to take care of you or yourself. Provide water, electricity, or other utilities necessary for the service.
